Hiral Chandrana

CEO & Board Member

Hiral is the CEO and board member of Veltris, with nearly three decades of global experience in growing Digital Transformation & Business Solutions across a diverse set of industries. He most recently served as the CEO of Mastek, a global digital engineering and cloud transformation services public company with 6,000 employees. Under his leadership, Mastek delivered industry-leading growth and aggressively scaled its U.S. business through organic initiatives and M&A.

Before Mastek, Hiral spent 14 years with Wipro Limited, holding progressive leadership roles. His most recent position was Senior Vice President & Global Head of Wipro’s Business Applications and Digital Services business, a $3.0B business unit, where he spearheaded the transformation of the company’s digital, cloud applications, and cybersecurity portfolio.

Hiral’s expertise covers a wide array of industry verticals and solution capabilities, and he maintains a strong track record of forging relationships with Fortune 1000 and mid-market clients globally.

Hiral has an engineering background with an M.S. from Washington State University and an MBA from Iowa State University, in addition to completing executive leadership programs at Wharton, Duke, and UC Berkeley. Hiral was recognized as Executive of the Year (IT Integrated Category) by Gold Globee in 2024 and as an Inspiring CEO at The Economic Times ‘CEO Conclave’ in 2022.

Kader Khan

SVP & BU Head – Comms, Media & Diversified Industrial

Kader Khan leads the Communications, Media, and Diversified Industrial Business Unit, with global responsibility for strategy, business, partnerships, and engineering. He also oversees the company’s ongoing expansion efforts into the Canadian market.

As a visionary and dynamic professional with over 27 years of experience in the communication industry, Kader has a successful track record of building and leading high-impact businesses and teams. Before joining Veltris, Kader served at EXFO for over 15 years in various leadership roles, including product management, strategic management, site management, R&D management, business management, and partnership and alliance management. While at Tech Mahindra (Axes Technologies), he led multiple Advanced Intelligent Network (AIN) product and project development and delivery activities.

Kader is passionate about continuous and lifelong learning, future skills and innovation, and entrepreneurship. He gives back selflessly by leading, supporting, speaking, mentoring, and advising in various ‘for impact’ tech communities, startups, innovation labs, and industry events.

Manan Bhandari

Senior Vice President & Chief Delivery Officer

Manan Bhandari is an accomplished IT leader with nearly 25 years of global experience, possessing a proven track record in driving customer-centricity and delivering digital transformation initiatives. In his role as Senior Vice President and Chief Delivery Officer at Veltris, he is responsible for ensuring operational excellence and successful delivery of client solutions across the organization.

Manan has extensive experience spanning Consulting, Delivery Management, Practice Incubation, and Operationalization. Manan has collaborated with clients across verticals like healthcare, banking, insurance, consumer sector, transportation & logistics to deliver transformational programs. He is adept at bridging the gap between people, process, and technology, and brings deep experience in building high performance global teams focused on delivering value to clients.

Manan has held leadership roles at global companies, such as Capgemini, TCS, Infosys and Genpact. These experiences give him a comprehensive understanding of the digital landscape across diverse industries thereby driving tangible outcomes for clients.

Mukul Kapoor

VP & GTM Head - Healthcare

Mukul Kapoor leads the Healthcare Business Unit at Veltris, with responsibility for go-to-market strategy, business growth, solutions, and customer success across healthcare and technology clients.

With over 24 years of experience across Sales, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, and business leadership, Mukul has a strong track record of building strategic customer relationships, driving growth, and helping clients navigate complex technology and transformation priorities. He brings deep experience in working with enterprise clients across healthcare, technology platforms, and digital services, with a focus on aligning business needs with practical, outcome-driven solutions.

Before taking on his current role, Mukul played a key role in strengthening Veltris’ customer success function and expanding strategic client engagement across the organization. He is known for his customer-first mindset, commercial acumen, and ability to bring clarity, focus, and execution discipline to business priorities.

Mukul is passionate about building long-term customer partnerships, developing high-performing teams, and driving growth in markets where industry depth and execution matter. Outside work, he is a poker player and motorsport racing enthusiast, drawing inspiration from both for their lessons in strategy, timing, risk, and patience.

Dr. Vishwakarma J S

Chief AI Evangelist

Dr. Vishwakarma J. S. has two decades of experience in Business, IT, and Digital Transformation. Has 20+ patents, worked with major organizations like PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), Ernst & Young (EY), Dell, Aon Hewitt, MetLife, Pepsi, HTC Global, UnitedHealth Group, BonfiGlioli and Barclays as an Enterprise Architect and Data Scientist focusing on Business Transformation and Next Generation of Technology changes including Volkswagen India, heading it’s Innovation, Technology and CoE labs, trying to bring in business of Innovation. Has been an OpenSource enthusiast with a high appetite for risk. Built GenAI Agentic Solutions, Blockchain – NFTs, DeFis, OmniVerse, and shifting gears for SDG goals, while advocating green tech. Previously worked as a CTO with stealths.

In his role as Chief AI Evangelist at Veltris, Jai leads the innovation of Veltris Intelligent Assistants and the AI solutions delivered to clients.

Sushma Chebrolu

Head of HR & TA

Sushma is the Head of HR & TA at Veltris, bringing over a decade of comprehensive experience in Human Resources. She specializes in cultivating people-first cultures and aligning talent strategies to drive business success. At Veltris, she leads HR initiatives, focusing on strategic foresight and empathetic leadership to create meaningful and engaging employee experiences.

Before Veltris, Sushma served as the Head of HR at a startup, where she successfully established scalable people practices within a two-year timeframe. Her career also includes impactful roles at HSBC and Deloitte, where she demonstrated expertise in talent management, profile-based hiring, and HR transformation. At Deloitte, she drove automation initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional teams to build bots for sourcing and communication, significantly enhancing hiring efficiency. She also contributed to performance management improvements.

Sushma is recognized for her collaborative and inclusive leadership style, excelling in building high-performing, empowered teams. Her core strengths include talent acquisition, change enablement, performance management, and HR automation. She is a certified Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) and POSH trainer. Furthermore, she is an avid sports enthusiast, emphasizing the importance of discipline, resilience, and teamwork, on and off the field.

Siva Kumar Malladi

Head of Business Operations

Siva brings in over 20 years of rich experience in the IT industry spanning multiple delivery functions such as Vendor Relationship Management, End-to-End Process Transition and Business Operations.

He provides strategic, tactical, and operational leadership with a strong track record of excelling in dynamic situations. In his role as Business Operations & Resource Management Lead, he plays a key role in in advising on and delivering, business and enterprise goals to achieve revenue targets, identifying gaps, and anticipating risks and closely working with Business, Practices and Delivery teams.

Siva is proficient in developing & streamlining systems with proven ability to enhance operational effectiveness. His strong people and project management skills, make him a valuable assess in handling multiple simultaneous projects.
