Mansoor Khan

CEO

Mansoor Khan is a seasoned leader with over 25 years in the Technology Services & Solutions industry, having a profound impact on every organization he’s been a part of. He brings incredible breadth of knowledge & understanding of many industries and how rapid evolution in new technologies has played a significant role in their transformation.

As CEO and Board Member of Veltris, he drives the strategy, vision, growth & future direction of the company ensuring a performance driven culture and generating tangible value for all stakeholders – employees, customers, partners & investors.

In his prior role as CEO & President of Wavelabs, he was instrumental in building the company from under 100 to 500+ employees in a span of 4 years. Under his leadership, Wavelabs positioned itself as a premier AI-first technology company for the Digital, Cognitive and Industry X.O Era. This strategic direction served as the solid foundational base for organic and inorganic growth, leading to institutional investment and merger with West Agile Labs to form Veltris.

Before Wavelabs, as EVP & Business Head at Terralogic, he played a key role in evolving the company from its inception (as Infonam) to a robust 1000+ workforce, leading to its acquisition by Private Equity. Earlier in his career, he spent 14 years at Hughes/Flex/Aricent/Altran (now CapGemini Engineering) traversing diverse roles across many functions, culminating in his role as Head of Americas, Western Region building it into one of the largest revenue-generating regions for the company.

Mansoor has a master’s degree in management studies from BITS, Pilani. He is passionate about his Alma Mater and committed to giving back playing diverse alumni roles, including CEO and Chairman of the Board of its chapters.

Pramod Dabir

President

After graduating with an Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Illinois, Pramod joined Goldman Sachs’ Investment Banking Group in San Francisco. After a few years in M&A, Pramod transitioned into private equity investing with TA Associates, a $16BN growth equity firm in Menlo Park.

Pramod primarily focused on investing in Internet and Software companies. Post finance, Pramod pursued an entrepreneurial career and started a fashion technology company called Boutine. Utilizing the strong development talent he built, he transitioned the company to West Agile Labs and grew it to over 300 employees. After merging with Wavelabs to create Veltris, Pramod now currently serves as the President of Veltris.

Vishal Kapoor

Chief Revenue Officer

Vishal is a highly focused and results-oriented growth leader with experience across multiple geographies. He possesses extensive experience in Industry Solutions as a Service, encompassing business processes, applications, and analytics with focus on SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, and BPaaS. Vishal brings a rich background in Sales, Business Development, Partnerships, Marketing, Go-to-Market strategies, and P&L leadership across diverse industries.

He has demonstrated success in accelerating enterprise valuations by enhancing growth and profitability, particularly in the technology and technology-enabled services sectors. This has driven shareholder returns and enabled the scaling of businesses to multi-billion dollar revenue streams.

Over the years, Vishal has aided customers in driving Digital Transformation. This includes next-generation services and solutions powered by Automation, Machine Learning, Cognitive Technologies, Analytics, IoT, and Cloud adoption, focusing on Customer Experience, Enterprise Applications and Product Engineering Services (PES).

His experience spans working in startup, growth, and turnaround environments, including targeting companies for acquisition and generating post-acquisition value. He has held Sales and P&L leadership roles at companies like Wipro, NTT Data, Tech Mahindra, DXC, and Kyndryl.

As Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Veltris, Vishal will oversee the entire revenue-generating function of the company.

Debiprasad Banerjee

EVP & GM, Practice Head - Data, AI & TES

Debiprasad Banerjee has built his career at the intersection of Business & Technology, incubating companies, building practices & growing businesses in large organizations. Over the last two decades, he has managed large customer portfolios and delivered on strategy and consulting assignments for customers across the globe.

At Wavelabs, he leads our Data & AI practice, building it into a key differentiator for the company. He also heads our Technology Enabled Services (TES) practice and is instrumental in making it a differentiated play. Beyond that, he is a magnificent team player donning multiple hats and taking on strategic projects that require seasoned oversight.

In his most recent experience as Chief Strategy Officer at NicheAI, a startup in the Artificial Intelligence space, he was responsible for strategy, business and customer advisory teams. Prior to which, he has worked in many large Consulting and Technology Services organizations like PWC, Cognizant etc., managing customer relationships and delivering large scale projects to clients in BFSI & Telecom industries.

Debi has studied Advanced Strategy at IIM Calcutta and holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from BIT Ranchi.

Kader Khan

SVP & GM, Practice Head - Connectivity & Industry 4.0

Kader Khan leads the connectivity and industry 4.0 practice, with global responsibility for strategy, business, partnership, and engineering. He also oversees the company’s ongoing expansion efforts into the Canadian market.

As a visionary and dynamic professional with more than 24 years of communication industry experience, Kader has a successful track record of building and leading high-impact businesses and teams. Before joining Wavelabs Technologies, Kader served in EXFO for 15+ years on several leadership roles in product management, strategic management, site management, R&D management, business management, and partnership & alliances management. While at Tech Mahindra (Axes Technologies), he led multiple Advanced Intelligent Network (AIN) product and project development and delivery activities.

Kader is passionate about continuous and lifelong learning, future skills and innovation, and entrepreneurship. He gives back selflessly by leading, supporting, speaking, mentoring, and advising in various ‘for impact’ tech communities, startups, innovation labs, and industry events.

Varun Bathina

SVP & GM, Practice Head - Design & Digital

Varun Bathina heads the Digital and Design Practice, where he crafts growth strategies, manages client relationships, ensures delivery excellence, and oversees practice operations.

His career journey is marked by successful ventures in establishing offshore centers and nurturing high-performing project delivery teams at West Agile Labs. Before joining the company, Varun made significant contributions to both startups and major players in the telecom industry. Operating on a global scale, he closely collaborated with tech giants like Cisco, Cognizant, and Verizon in consulting roles. Varun is not only an inspirational leader but also a tech-savvy visionary, dedicated to continual growth and adaptation to meet the ever-evolving industry demands.

Varun brings a unique blend of technical expertise and managerial finesse to his role. His unwavering commitment to growth has left an indelible mark on the company’s progress and success.

Anandaram Katragadda

SVP - Innovation & Technology

Anand is a highly accomplished and innovative entrepreneur with extensive experience in developing technology solutions for diverse industries, including Hi-Tech, Retail, Automotive, and Entertainment. As the Senior Vice President of Technology at Wavelabs, Anand brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Industry 4.0, Connectivity, and Digital Practice.

Anand is widely recognized for his talent in developing customized solutions that address complex business challenges. He has also built several solution accelerators that provide clients with a strategic advantage in their respective industries. His deep understanding of the specific needs and challenges facing different industries has enabled him to deliver customized solutions that provide measurable value to clients.

In his current role, Anand is responsible for driving innovation and overseeing the company’s technology strategy across all areas of the business. His expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Industry 4.0, Connectivity, and Digital Practice allows him to develop innovative solutions that differentiate the company and provide clients with a strategic advantage.

Anand holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and a Master’s degree in Micro-Electronics from BITS, Pilani. In his free time, he enjoys exploring new technologies and building solutions that drive innovation and make a positive impact in different industries.

Vineel Nalla

Founder, Executive Chairman & Board Member

Vineel is a serial entrepreneur in his own right. He is the original Founder of Wavelabs and currently the Executive Chairman & Board Member. He is an avid investor through the investment arm, 50K Ventures, which he founded. 50K ventures gives flight to entrepreneurs’ ideas and dreams by investing in their first product-market fit journey.

Vineel spent many year in Boston, MA building cutting edge products for the companies he worked for before returning to India to be a part of the vibrant startup culture emerging there.

Vineel is a visionary leader who believes in starting companies, establishing them and then bring the right leadership team to scale them. A model he has successfully implemented at Wavelabs and many of the other companies he has founded. He is currently an active investor in Digi Locker, Automate, Jiny and Bookmybai.

Sanjay Jesrani

Advisor

Sanjay Jesrani is the Founder & CEO of Go North Ventures. Go North is an advisory firm, focused on investing in and mentoring startups. It also provides strategy inputs to high-growth, early-stage companies and small and medium-sized businesses moving into the next orbit.

A Charter member at TiE, Hyderabad (The Indus Entrepreneurs), he is also a member of the Executive Council at IIIT Hyderabad Foundation. An independent Director on the board of Unimed Health (Star Hospitals), he has also joined the Business Advisory Council at Woxsen School of Business, Hyderabad.

Sanjay was the CEO, Executive Vice President of Hitachi Consulting India. As a member of Hitachi Consulting’s Leadership Team, Sanjay was actively involved in the company’s growth strategy and M&A programs targeted at reaching the $1B plus size. He was a core member of the India and South Asia Hitachi group company CEO network. He also brings in over 20 years of solid execution experience from his previous role at Sierra Atlantic as the CFO- Asia & China.
