In data-driven organizations, data plays a central role, whereas in data-informed organizations, data is considered one of the important factors in making decisions apart from experience, knowledge, and intuition. Data is an essential part of the decision-making process but not the sole determiner of the next step. In data-informed organizations, the onus of decision still lies on human insights.
